Our story
A Property Platform Ghana Can Actually Trust
Fake listings. Agents who never call back. Licences you have no way to check. We built this platform to fix exactly those problems — with agent licences checked daily against expiry, viewings you can actually book, and listings you can never pay to push to the top.
Why we exist
Our Mission & Vision
Ghana's property market runs on word of mouth and guesswork. We're replacing both with verification you can see and tools that actually work.
Our Mission
To make buying, renting, and selling property in Ghana safe and straightforward — by putting a verified agent, an honest listing, and a real appointment within reach of anyone with a phone.
Our Vision
A Ghana where you never have to wonder whether a listing is real or an agent is licensed — where the platform does the checking for you, so the only thing left to decide is which property feels like home.
What makes us different
How We're Different
Plenty of sites list properties. These are the things we actually built into the platform — each one a promise backed by how it really works.
Verified means verified — every day
A “Verified” badge on this platform is current, not a one-time stamp from years ago.
How it worksOur team reviews an agent's Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) licence before any badge is granted, and the badge is then tied to that licence's expiry — a daily check removes it automatically the moment it lapses. You never trust an out-of-date credential.
Book a real viewing, not a dead-end call
Pick an actual open time on the agent's calendar and the slot is held for you.
How it worksAppointments are confirmed, rescheduled, and completed inside the platform — and two buyers can never be double-booked into the same slot. No more endless “are you still available?” back-and-forth.
Featured placement is earned or curated — never bought
Most featured properties rise on genuine buyer interest, completeness, and freshness; the rest are hand-picked by our team — none are paid placements.
How it worksOur automatic ranking discounts an owner’s own views and obvious bot traffic, so a listing can’t simply pad its own numbers to the top. Anything our editors feature manually is clearly an editorial pick — not an advert an owner bought.
Agencies gate their own listings before they go live
Agencies review their agents' listings before publication — on by default, though each agency sets its own level.
How it worksSubmissions are automatically risk-scored — missing photos, an unverified title deed, a brand-new or previously-rejected account all push a listing up the review queue so the riskiest get the closest look.
Built for how Ghana actually browses and buys
Fast on a 3G phone, priced in Cedis, one tap to WhatsApp the agent.
How it worksSearch and maps lighten themselves automatically on 2G/3G, prices show in Ghana Cedis (with a per-square-metre breakdown when you’re buying), every agent has a one-tap WhatsApp contact, and region filters are first-class — not an afterthought.
Built on trust
REAC Compliance & Trust
We hold agents to the standards of the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC), Ghana's statutory regulator under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020
REAC-Licensed Agents
Every agent badge reflects a Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) licence our team reviewed at sign-up — and its expiry is then re-checked daily, so the badge never outlives the credential behind it.
Legal Compliance
Listings and transactions are built around Ghana's real estate regulations, land laws, and consumer-protection expectations.
Listing Authentication
When an agency keeps listing approval switched on — the default — its agents' submissions are risk-scored and queued for a manager to review before they go live, so incomplete or suspicious ones get the closest look.
How verification actually works
No black box — here's every step a credential goes through.
- 1
Submit
An agent provides their REAC licence and identity documents when they join or upgrade their account.
- 2
Review
Our team checks the credential before the “Verified” badge is ever granted — no auto-approvals.
- 3
Re-check, daily
The badge is tied to the licence’s expiry date and re-checked every day — once that date passes, the badge is removed automatically.
- 4
Expire & notify
Agents are warned ahead of expiry; lapsed credentials are suspended so buyers only ever see current ones.
