For agents and agencies

Run your listings, your viewings and your team.

Kompound is a Ghana property platform built for the people who work in it. List, book viewings, answer every enquiry and manage your agents from one account.

  • Book real viewings
  • Daily licence-expiry checks

One page, two ways to work

Whether it is just you, or a floor of agents.

Solo agent

Your day, in order

Everything you touch between a listing going live and the keys changing hands.

  • Publish and update your own listings
  • Take viewing bookings straight into a diary
  • Answer enquiries and rental applications in one place
  • Add your REAC licence and verification documents
Agency

Your team, in view

Bring your agents onto one account and keep oversight of what they publish and how they perform.

  • Invite agents and review who asks to join
  • Approve listings before they go out
  • Set roles and permissions per agent
  • See listing activity agent by agent

What you get

Four things the account does.

No setup project, no migration. Sign in and the workspace is already the shape of the job.

Run your listings and your week

Create and edit properties, take viewing requests, confirm or move them, and see the whole week in a diary view instead of a notebook.

One inbox for every enquiry

Messages about every property land in the same thread list, with the listing attached. Rental applications are submitted, read and decided in the platform.

Build and run a team

Invite agents to the agency, review the ones who apply in an approval queue, and give each person the permissions their role actually needs.

Credentials

Licences handled properly.

Kompound keeps the paperwork side of the job on the record, and checks it stays current.

REAC licence handling

Store your licence number and its expiry on your profile, where it belongs to your account rather than a spreadsheet.

Document verification

Upload your identity documents for review. Adding your REAC licence is optional — but with no licence on file, listings you publish are held for moderation instead of going straight out.

Daily licence-expiry checks

Licence dates are checked every day, so an expiry is flagged to you rather than discovered by a client.

Get started

Create an agent account.

Create the account, then upload a National ID for verification. You can skip the upload for now and resume the application from your verification centre later.
